Frequently asked Questions (FAQs)

Here are the answers to some of the most common questions our customers ask. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, please feel free to contact us.

Cost and Payments

  • Movix Rubbish Removal is a paid service offering full-service rubbish collection. Our pricing includes everything: collecting items from their location, loading them into our truck, tidying up the area after, and covering any disposal or recycling fees. You’ll receive a single, upfront price before we begin, and that’s the final amount you’ll pay—no hidden surprises! All you need to do is point, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • To ensure accurate pricing, we need to see your items in person since our charges are based on the space your items occupy in our truck. When our team arrives, they’ll assess the items you want removed and provide a precise price before starting. If you’re not happy with the quote, there’s no pressure—you can simply decline, and we’ll leave without charging you.

  • We accept cash and major credit cards. Some locations may offer additional payment options. Payment is processed only after the job is complete.

  • We’re unable to provide exact prices over the phone as we typically charge based on the volume your items occupy in the truck. However, for single-item removals, we may offer an estimate before the appointment. A final, accurate price is always provided onsite. The best way to get an accurate quote is to book a free, no-obligation onsite estimate.

  • We price based on the space your items take up in the truck, ranging from 1/8 of a truckload to a full truckload. Our trucks are equivalent to the capacity of seven standard pickup trucks.

There is a minimum charge for all removals, and prices may vary by location due to local recycling and disposal fees. For specific items like mattresses or TVs, we offer single-item pricing, which may be lower than the minimum charge.

For heavy materials such as soil, concrete, or gravel, pricing is based on the volume occupied, with a maximum of one foot in height for a full truckload.
